Unified Communications

Unified communications take the capabilities of VoIP even further, unified communications enable synchronous communication with IP telephony, video conferencing and instant messaging. Cisco products such as the Unified IP Phone 9951 offer an advanced collaborative media endpoint that provides voice, video, applications and accessories. Features of this phone include: interactive video with support from the Cisco Unified Video Camera, High-definition (HD) voice, a high-resolution colour display, Gigabit Ethernet and a new ergonomic design and user interface designed for simplicity and high usability.
